Social Security Disability and Your Legal Rights.

If you suffered any injury that has prevented you from gainful employment, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability. Disability as defined by Social Security is based on your inability to do any substantial gainful activity for which you are suited by age, education and experience.

Social Security Administration pays disability benefits under two programs: the Social Security Disability Insurance ( SSDI) program and the supplemental Security Income (SSI) program. The medical requirements are the same for both programs.

Michael R. Sleister has helped hundreds of clients navigate through the complicated process of applying for Social Security Disability benefits. Please call him and he will be happy to discuss your case with you, and there will be no charge for that consultation. If you do hire him, then his attorney’s fees are completely contingent upon and will not be paid until you receive an award of disability benefits. *
